Our proprietary, self-developed, and patented high flow FRP filter housing boasts seamless assembly, a flexible design, and unmatched reliability. Its exceptional corrosion resistance outperforms stainless steel filters, while its superior pressure resistance surpasses PVC alternatives. Each unit endures over 100,000 cycles of water pressure tests and stringent burst tests, tolerating up to six times its design pressure. Moreover, every FRP pressure vessel undergoes a rigorous hydrostatic test at 1.5 times its design pressure to ensure zero leakage. These high flow FRP filter housings are essential in various applications, including water pretreatment in RO membrane treatment systems, brackish water treatment, seawater desalination, and landfill leachate separation.
