Extractor Components:
1. Ejection plate 2. Ejection screw 3. Nut 4. Afterburner 5. Allen wrench
Installation Guide:
1. Ensure all pressure within the membrane housing is fully released before disassembling the end cap.
2. Utilize the Allen wrench to unscrew and remove the bolts on the membrane housing end cap.
3. If the stopper is loose, remove it. If the stopper is securely stuck, gently tap the bearing plate with a tool to loosen it.
4. Attach the ejection screw of the extractor to the end cap permeate port and secure it firmly.
5. Position the ejection plate onto the ejection screw.
6. Tighten the round nut onto the screw to secure the ejection plate in place.
7. Insert the afterburner into the nut and rotate it clockwise until the membrane housing end cap is released from the sealing area.
8. Detach the extractor from the membrane housing end cap.
9. The membrane housing end cap is now disassembled, and the extractor significantly simplifies your task.
