Introducing the ARCLION seriesFRPpressuretank, featuring a design pressuredesign pressure of 150 PSI.The standardmodels range from 5 inches to 80 inches (diameter 130mm - 2000mm). TheFRP tanksfrom 30"-80" with upper filling port and lower discharge port are available. These tanks utilize food-grade HDPE liners, using food grade HDPE liner combined with epoxy resin and glass fiber winding reinforcement, epoxy resin + glass fiber winding reinforcement. Products are certified by NSF and ISO 9001. These tanks can endure over 100,000 cycles of fatigue and burst tests at four times their design pressure. The raw material for the rotomolded liner is PE food-grade, non-toxic, tasteless, and ensures optimal hygiene. Featuring a 6-inch flange for both top and bottom openings, and 4-inch or 6-inch flanges for filling and discharge ports, these components are crafted from aviation-grade aluminum modified material. The seamless connection between the FRP tank and the PE liner via integral rotomolding ensures enhanced leak-proof reliability and pressure stability. This design not only simplifies filling and discharge processes but also reduces the risk of damage to valves and water distributors. An anti-vacuum valve feature is incorporated to protect the tanks from damage due to vacuum negative pressure or excessive overpressure.FRP tank and the PE liner are seamlessly connected by an integral rotomolding, which is more reliable against leakage and more stable for pressure. This design makes filling and discharge more convenient and reduces damage to valves and water distributors. And there is a design of ant-vacuum valve, it can protect the tanks damaged from the formation of vacuum negative pressure or improper over pressure.
