Our proprietary, self-developed, patented high flow FRP filter housing features seamless assembly, a flexible design, and unparalleled reliability. With outstanding corrosion resistance that surpasses stainless steel filters and superior pressure resistance that outperforms PVC alternatives, this filter housing is built to last. Each unit is rigorously tested, enduring over 100,000 cycles of water pressure tests and stringent burst tests that tolerate up to six times its design pressure. Additionally, every FRP pressure vessel undergoes a thorough hydrostatic test at 1.5 times its design pressure to ensure zero leakage. These high flow FRP filter housings are indispensable in various applications, including water pretreatment in RO membrane treatment systems, brackish water treatment, seawater desalination, and landfill leachate separation.
