Production Process

1. [ Blow Molding ] Best for 5"-40" tanks, [ Rotomolding ] Perfect for 42"-80" tanks.
2. [ Tank Opening ] All accessories are self-produced and sold, utilizing six state-of-the-art automatic servo injection molding machines.
3. Advanced four-axis, four-station automatic CNC winding equipment for 5"-14" tanks; four-axis, two-station automatic CNC winding equipment for 16"-30" tanks; four-axis, one-station automatic CNC winding equipment for 36"-80" tanks.
4. To achieve optimal integration of epoxy resin and glass fiber, post-winding curing is performed at 60°C for approximately six hours.
5. Post-curing, the tank and base are meticulously assembled on an epoxy self-leveling ground.
6. Following production, the tank undergoes three rigorous quality inspections before being approved for shipment.
