Product Description

FRP Pressure Tank Design Pressure: 125PSI, 150PSI. Burst test with 4 times of its design pressure. 100,000 times fatigue test.

Inner shell: Inner Liner with food grade HDPE.

Frp Tank material: 

1. Fiberglass: 8" - 16" tanks use 600 tex fiberglass, with with strong better pressure coefficient and safety factor.

2. Epoxy :small tanks use NanYa 127E-Chinese largest company, large than 3672 tanks use American DOW Epoxy 383.

3. Harder Germany BYK 502.

4. Base :reinforce PP for small tank base, FRP material for large tank.

5. Opening: 2.5" and 4" engineering plastic threaded tank opening, 6" Aluminium alloy flange opening.

All the base is produced by ourselves and is made of high quality first hand material,not used material, the damage rate and deformation rate of the base are 5%-9% lower than others.

     2.5"/4" threaded opening and 6" flange opening, each opening surface is machined, flat, smooth, no blisters and air bubbles, so as to ensure no leakage after installing the valve.

    At the bottom of each tanks all have a unique ID code. Use this ID code: first, anti -counterfeiting identification; second, can find which person in charge of it during production.
