ARCLION seriesOur FRP pressure tank is engineered to withstand a design pressure of 150 PSI, ensuring robust and reliable performance.The standard models range from diameters of 5 inches to 80 inches (130mm to 2000mm). TheFRP tanksare available in sizes from 30" to 80", equipped with upper filling ports and lower discharge ports. Utilizing a food-grade HDPE liner, epoxy resin, and glass fiber winding reinforcement, our products are NSF and ISO 9001 certified. They withstand over 100,000 fatigue tests and burst tests at four times the design pressure. The PE food-grade rotomolded liner is non-toxic, tasteless, and hygienic. The tanks feature a 6-inch flange for top/bottom openings and a 4 or 6-inch flange for filling/discharge ports, crafted from aviation aluminum-modified material. The FRP tank and PE liner are seamlessly connected through integral rotomolding, ensuring superior leak resistance and pressure stability. This design facilitates easier filling and discharge while reducing valve and water distributor damage. Additionally, an anti-vacuum valve design protects the tanks from vacuum negative pressure or improper overpressure damage.

All our bases are produced in-house using high-quality, first-hand materials. The damage and deformation rates of our bases are 5%-9% lower compared to others. The surface of the openings is smooth and flat.
Each opening surface is machined to perfection, ensuring 2.5"/4" threaded ports and 6" flange ports are flat, smooth, and free of blisters and air bubbles, guaranteeing no leakage after valve installation.
