are available. Theyutilize food-grade HDPE liners, reinforced with epoxy resin and glass fiber winding.Our products are certified by
NSFand ISO 9001. They can withstand more than 100,000 cycles of fatigue testing and burst testing at four times their design pressure. The raw material of the rotomolded liner is PE food grade, non-toxic, tasteless, and highly hygienic. The 6-inch flange for top/bottom openings and the 4-inch or 6-inch flanges for the filling/discharge ports are made from aviation-grade modified aluminum. The openings of the
FRP Softener Water Tanksand the PE liner are seamlessly connected through integral rotomolding, providing superior reliability against leakage and stability under pressure. This innovative design simplifies filling and discharge processes, reducing potential damage to valves and water distributors. Additionally, the anti-vacuum valve protects the tanks from vacuum pressure damage and improper overpressure scenarios.
