Production process1. [ Blow Molding ] Suitable for 5"-40" tank, [ Rotomolding ] Suitable for 42" -80" tank.
2. [ Opening of the tank ] All product accessories are self-produced and sold [ Six automatic servo injection molding machines ].
3. Four - axis four - station automatic CNC winding equipment Suitable for 5" - 14" tank; Four - axis two - station automatic CNC winding equipment Suitable for 16" - 30" tank; Four - axis one station automatic CNC winding equipment Suitable for 36" - 80" tank.
4. In order to make the epoxy resin and glass fiber integrated together, after the winding is completed, it needs to be cured in the temperature range of 60 °C for about six hours.
5. After curing the tank, the tank and the base are assembled on the epoxy self-leveling ground.
6. After the completion of the production of water tank, three quality inspection, quality inspection can be shipped.
