• Design of embedded ring
   In order to make up for the abrasion resistance of FRP, embedded steel rings were added to it. Winder products will wind the embedded ring in the membrane housing during the winding process, which is integrated with the membrane housing and is not easy to fall off. The size and thickness of the embedded ring is proportional to the pressure of the membrane housing. The larger the pressure of the housing, the steel ring will thicken, so that the membrane housing and the pressure head are more firmly connected. The embedded rings are all made of stainless steel 316L, which is more resistant to corrosion and higher temperatures, and has a long service life.
  
• The design of the red block
  The red block is designed with a PDM O-ring material, which provides durability and ensures a tight seal. The design includes a thickened construction and strict production requirements, which enhances the integration between the thread and the water inlet connector. This integration makes it difficult for the buckle to drop and ensures a more reliable connection.

   

• Sealing plate/adapter
