Installation Steps:
1.Ensure that the pressure in the membrane housing is fully released before disassembling the end cap.
2.Use the Allen wrench to unscrew the bolts securing the membrane housing end cap.
3.If the stopper is loose, remove it. If it is tightly secured, use a tool to gently knock the bearing plate and loosen the stopper.
4.Attach the ejection screw of the extractor to the end cap permeate port and secure it firmly.
5.Place the ejection plate onto the screw securely.
6.Screw the round nut onto the screw to hold the ejection plate in place.
7.Insert the afterburner into the nut and rotate it clockwise until the end cap is released from the sealing area.
8.Carefully remove the extractor from the membrane housing end cap.
9.With these steps, the membrane housing end cap is disassembled, making your maintenance work significantly easier and more efficient.
