   Fiberglass tanks with loading/unloading ports make it easier to unload the filler and can reduce damage to valves and water distributors. They are widely used in commercial or industrial water treatment due to their corrosion resistance, high strength, and light weight. Fiberglass resin tanks come in different sizes and openings to meet customers' different water treatment needs.

   All Frp water treatment vessels are made using an overall seamless molding process. The open thread is made of PP fiberglass reinforced material that can withstand higher strength, temperature and pressure. Depending on the diameter of the barrel, the wall thickness of the HDPE liner varies from 3.0-8.0 mm. Water wading parts are made of high-quality materials.

ARCLION® FRP Tank Opening

  · Equipped with 4 inch flange  filling port (medicine hole) and discharge port.
  · The 4  inch/6 inch flange filling port, can be filled without removing the valve and water distributor.
  · 4 inch/6 inch flange discharge port, can discharge without dismantling the water distributor.
  · This design makes  filling  and discharge more convenient and reduces damage to valves and water distributors.


Inner Liner With Food-Grade HDPE
   · Raw material of rotomolded liner is PE food grade,non - toxic, tasteless and more hygienic.
   · 6 inch flange for top /bottom opening - 4 inch or 6inch flange for filling/discharge port the opening of the tank and the PE liner are  seamlessly connected by an integral rotomolding, which is more reliable against leakage and more stable  for pressure.

Design of positive and negative pressure valve of charging port
   · The design of anti - vacuum valve: it can protect the tanks damaged from the formation of vacuum negative pressure or improper over pressure.

Frp Pressure Tank Base
   · Tripod Base: Reinforced fiberglass material suitable for 30" - 80" tank
   · All the base is produced by ourselves and is made of high quality first hand material,not used material, the damage rate and deformation rate of the base are 5%-9% lower than others.
   · When assembling the base of each jar, the masters must use a level to measure and confirm the level of the product before it can be packed into the warehouse.
