Extractor Components:
1. Ejection Plate 2. Ejection Screw 3. Nut 4. Afterburner 5. Allen Wrench
Installation Procedure:
1. Ensure that all pressure within the membrane housing is fully relieved before disassembling the end cap.
2. Utilize the Allen wrench to carefully unscrew the bolts securing the membrane housing end cap.
3. If the stopper is loose, remove it. If it remains stuck, gently tap the bearing plate with a tool to loosen the stopper.
4. Securely screw the ejection screw of the extractor into the end cap permeate port.
5. Position the ejection plate onto the screw.
6. Tightly screw the round nut onto the screw to fix the ejection plate in place.
7. Insert the afterburner into the nut and rotate it clockwise until the end cap is released from the sealing area.
8. Detach the extractor from the membrane housing end cap.
9. With the membrane housing end cap successfully disassembled, the extractor simplifies your maintenance tasks significantly.
