1. To enhance the abrasion resistance of FRP, we have integrated embedded steel rings into our design. Winder® products incorporate these rings during the winding process, ensuring they become a seamless part of the membrane housing. This integration ensures the rings do not easily detach. The size and thickness of the embedded rings are meticulously designed to match the pressure requirements; higher pressure housings feature thicker steel rings. Crafted from stainless steel 316L, these rings offer superior corrosion resistance and durability, extending the membrane housing's lifespan and ensuring a robust connection between the housing and pressure head.
2. The inner wall of our membrane housing is polished to a mirror-like finish, facilitating the easy disassembly and assembly of the membrane core. This feature ensures that the membrane housing remains leak-proof and maintains its integrity over time.
3. The red plug design utilizes ABS modified raw material, known for its enhanced durability. Its four-corner design allows for quicker and more convenient installation, adding to the overall efficiency of the system.
4. The π-shaped silicone ring is crafted from food-grade silicone raw materials, offering double-sealed, double-safe, and leak-proof protection. This design not only ensures reliability but also enhances the overall stability and quality of the membrane housing.
5. Each membrane housing features a unique ID code on its inner wall, serving as an anti-counterfeiting mark. This identification system allows for easy model recognition and adds an extra layer of security.
