Crafted with a food-grade HDPE liner and reinforced with epoxy resin and glass fiber winding, these tanks are certified by NSF and ISO 9001. They endure over 100,000 cycles of fatigue tests and burst tests at four times their design pressure. The rotomolded liner is made from food-grade PE, ensuring it is non-toxic, tasteless, and highly hygienic. The 6-inch flange for top and bottom openings, along with 4-inch or 6-inch flanges for filling/discharge ports, are constructed from aerospace-quality modified aluminum. The seamless connection between the FRP tank and PE liner, achieved through integral rotomolding, enhances leak resistance and pressure stability. This innovative design simplifies filling and discharge processes, minimizing valve and distributor damage. Additionally, an anti-vacuum valve is included to protect the tank from vacuum-induced negative pressure or improper overpressure.
